1. Services
Inceptarc Technologies provides electronics manufacturing and engineering services. All quotes provided through this website are preliminary and subject to technical validation of Gerber files and BOMs.
2. B2B Engagement
Our services are primarily intended for B2B entities. By submitting a request, you confirm that you have the authority to share the technical data provided for the purpose of obtaining a professional quote.
3. Intellectual Property
Customers retain all rights to their designs. Inceptarc Technologies will use provided designs only for the purpose of fabrication, assembly, or engineering services as requested by the customer.
4. Liability
Inceptarc Technologies is not liable for design errors in customer-provided files. We recommend full DFM (Design for Manufacturing) review, which we provide as part of our professional service.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
